Regina is passionate about yoga, healthy living, and enjoying life to the fullest. Her yoga practice and teaching focuses on the therapeutic benefits of yoga (improved posture, a healthy back, stronger bones and muscles, better balance, core strength and greater relaxation), to counter the effects of technology and modern living, as well as a way to connect more deeply to oneself.
She believes that yoga is for everyone and helps students to explore postures in a way that speaks to their own inner wisdom, offering modifications and alignment options for all levels. Classes also incorporate meditation and breathing practices. They are a full experience for the mind, body and spirit.
Regina is a volunteer with the Pittsfield Farmers Market, Berkshire Lightscapes, and on the boards of Roots Rising and the Downtown Pittsfield Cultural Association. She loves her community and embraces the opportunity to help people live happier and healthier lives through buying local, healthy living and yoga. When not on her mat, she is the principal of RB Design Co., a graphic design agency assisting businesses with print and online marketing materials.
She is a certified 500-hr Kripalu Yoga Teacher and trained in Yoga for Osteoporosis. She makes her home in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.

Karen Merigo – Retreat co-leader
Karen has been practicing yoga in the San Francisco Bay area since 1996, and has been so lucky to meet and take classes with amazing teachers like Betty Roi, Leslie Howard and Judith Hanson Lasater.
She has taught yoga and pilates on and off since 2006, and assisted Leslie Howard in her workshop in 2010 at the Yoga Journal Conference in San Francisco. She received her 200-hr certification through Frog Lotus Yoga, and is a certified Level 2 Advanced Relax and Renew Restorative teacher with Judith Hanson Lasater.
In her own journey of discovery about the connection between body and the psyche she has found that deep relaxation is the key to reach within and start a healing process in which the body is restored and the psyche is renewed. Since this revelation, she has been passionate about helping students to relax deeply in restorative poses so that they can enjoy the amazing benefits of this practice.
